Born in Ningbo, China. Spent more than two decades in the United States before choosing Virginia as home two years ago. Holds his degree from Drew University in New Jersey, which is where his sharp, analytical mind first sharpened itself.
Libang is the steady hand at the wheel of our office. If something needs to be done right, organized, and on time, it lands on his desk. He's the go-to guy who keeps every policy, every renewal, and every conversation moving smoothly so you are always in good hands.
When he's off the clock, you'll find him on a hiking trail, behind the wheel of a road trip, or watching Manchester United make him cheer or groan at the screen.

Ian leads our team with the kind of joyful, contagious energy that turns a normal Tuesday into something fun. Born in California. Moved to the East Coast in 2011 and never looked back. Proud University of Central graduate.
